We are looking for great business partners - like YOU - to help mentor the next generation! We have 2 Career Exploration classes, one in the fall and one in the spring, and are looking for businesses in a variety of occupational areas to host students 3 days per week during the last 10 weeks of each semester. We need your support to help students utilize the skills they gained in class and to share in-depth information about your business and industry. We hope that by connecting students with local partners, we can grow our own workforce and these young people will stay/return to Effingham County when looking for their perfect career.
Hosting partners will guide students 3 days per week, 8am-9:15am and can choose which weeks they prefer after marking yes. If you would like to host a tour or be a guest speaker, there is a space on the form to indicate those preferences, too. Please email c.carpenter@erca.us with any questions.
