Foreign language teachers’ self-assessed preparedness and willingness to work with gifted learners

My name is Angelika Grabowska. I’m a student of MA studies in the Centre of Foreign Language Teachers Training and European Education at the University of Warsaw. The answers to the questionnaire will allow me to write my MA thesis.

I invite teachers of English as a foreign language and teacher trainees at the Centre of Foreign Language Teachers Training and European Education to fill in the questionnaire.

The subject of the questionnaire is teaching gifted learners. Common elements which can be used to describe gifted learners are: high IQ level, high academic achievement and noticeably developed skills in certain fields. However, giftedness does not have to be reflected by achievements, but can be identified by high potential for academic success. (Kennedy & Farley, 2018)

The survey consists of three parts.

The survey is anonymous. The answers will be analysed collectively and only for academic purposes. You have the right to withdraw at any time.
