One of the goals of the Young Alumni Council is to create a vibrant and engaged Maryland Smith community where alumni get value out of Smith programming, the Smith network, and Smith resources.  One area we would like to improve is our engagement with alumni through our programming - like our fall webinar series, featuring topics like "MBA Prep Journey", "How to Start a Side Hustle" and "Purchasing Your First Home".   *
What ideas do you have for unique programming or resources the Office of Alumni Relations can offer to achieve these goals?  Please share 2-3 event ideas and 2-3 ways you'd increase attendance at these events. (200 word limit)
A key part of increasing opportunities for Smith students and alumni is giving back.  This impacts Maryland Smith in two ways - 1. The number of unique donors to Smith, regardless of donation amount, positively impacts our national rankings, increasing the value of our degrees and giving Smith students and alumni more leverage for negotiations with potential employers. 2. Donations can help fund programming for students, increasing their affinity towards Smith and making the Smith community stronger. *
Please share some of your ideas to increase young alumni giving to Maryland Smith. (200 word limit)
