Milton Elementary School Title 1 Parent Survey
Title 1, Part A is one of many federal programs that provides funding to high-poverty schools in order to promote student achievement and an equitable learning environment. Title 1 programs are developed through the efforts of parents, teachers, and administrators.

The purpose of this form is to gather feedback from families regarding the implementation of our Title 1 Schoolwide Plan. We are seeking feedback on supplemental programs provided through Title 1, school-to-home communication, opportunities presented to engage in school activities that promote parent education, and student learning opportunities outside of the school day.
