MONDAY 21st FEBRUARY
Arrive at Sanctuary Cove Carpark at 3.45pm sharp.

You will be leaving your car in the carpark for your duration at the retreat.
There are cameras and security guards there and no parking fees.
Its a few minutes walk from the carpark to the water, so bring trolley luggage and comfy shoes.

Water taxi to South Stradbroke Island.
Please minimise your luggage as we will all be responsible for carrying it (and there will be limited space on the ferry).

After we transfer from the ferry to the house, we will have a cuppa and settle into together.
Dinner will be cooked and prepared for us but we will be doing a worksop before dinner, so be prepared to get straight into the work. (I'm letting you get the most out of your time with me!).

TUESDAY 22nd FEBRUARY - WEDNESDAY 23rd FEBRUARY
Both days we will kick off with an early breakfast together or individually, the workshop/sessions start at 8am.
Lunch, morning and afternoon teas are all provided.
We will be 'working' until approx 7pm each day, so I'll be making sure we are fed well.
Please bring your own alcohol.  

THURSDAY 24th FEBRUARY
We will depart the house 10am returning via ferry to Sanctuary Cove  Carpark.

Not financial - we're doing that separately.*Please take your time to consider this, as the most powerful outcomes are achieved by a focus attention on an aspect. I will also bring you back to this area of intention as we go through activities together.
