Register for Snohomish Molt Blitz (Sept 12, noon)
Learn how to keep an eye out for invasive European green crabs by participating in a new community science project called Molt Search, run by Washington Sea Grant's Crab Team & WSU Extension. 

At this in-person Molt Blitz event, you'll be guided through the systematic Molt Search protocol for collecting crab molts and submitting your finds through MyCoast. You'll also learn about this new invasive and what's being done about it, as well as how to identify native and European green crab. 

When: September 12, 11am-1pm
Where: Picnic Point Park (7231 Picnic Point Rd, Edmonds, WA 98036)
What: Free, active, hands-on training and practice of Molt Search protocols, crab ID, and green crab basics
This event is free and open to community members of all ages!
