Due to the high commitment level of the communal life and mission of the Fiat House, women living in the house may not be in stipended leadership positions at St. Lawrence. Non-stipend leadership positions (i.e. sacristan, choir, GoodCo., FOCUS, etc.) will need to be discussed with the Director of Missionary Discipleship to ensure that they will not impede on the duties of house life. Students in the house are welcome to hold jobs as long as they ensure their working hours do not interfere with their communal life, mission, and associated responsibilities.
