SLT Effectiveness Survey

The survey is open until Sunday, June 18, 2023 – thank you in advance for your time and attention to this piece.  After we receive the feedback, we will be moving swiftly into an evaluation component so we can make some recommendations.  Grand Council has asked us to have preliminary feedback to them in early July with a goal of rolling out some new plans early fall!

PURPOSE:  What do you believe is the purpose of the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT)? 

Consider:

-        Do you believe SLT has a role to help manage/take care of the Strategic Plan?

-        What would SLT engagement look like for you to say "I am inspired and motivated to lead/manage/dream forward"?

Answer what you believe it should be (not what your experience is now). 

EFFECTIVENESS:  What is working that we should continue or improve?  What should SLT start doing that you believe is not currently happening?
OPPORTUNITIES: What should SLT stop doing?  Where do you see opportunities?
REPRESENTATION:  Are there roles (volunteers and staff) that are not represented on SLT that you think could be effective in SLT sub-groups or teams?
TIME COMMITMENT/MEETING CADENCE:  Is a monthly call effective?  Consider frequency, duration, agenda topics, etc.
MONTHLY REPORTS:  Are the monthly reports beneficial to you?  Are they facilitating topics and conversations that should be had at the SLT level?
PRIDE ONLINE MESSAGE BOARD:  Is the SLT message board feature in Pride Online helpful for holding discussions and sharing updates?  Do you believe this should be utilized in a different way?
