GNS Afternoon Enrichment Registration Form- Session 1 (October 3-November 11, 2022)
This registration form is for Session 1: October 3rd-November 11th, 2022. The next session registration will be released after the start of the 1st Session. 

4- 5 years old can stay from 12pm-3pm
3 years old can stay for Lunch Only on Tuesday and/or Thursdays

Pre-Registered Prices:
Lunch Only: $5/day (12pm-12:45pm)
Lunch and Learn: $25/day (12pm-2pm)
Lunch, Learn, and Play: $35/day (12pm-3pm)

Note: If you are picking up a child from another local school at 3pm, you can choose to pick up your child before 3pm or by 3:15pm. 

Discounts: 
3 days per week from 12pm-3pm = 20% off
5 days per week from 12pm-3pm = 25% off
