Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the G.R.O.W. Conference, 2024. We are so excited to offer such a valuable conference to the women of East Central Indiana!
This year, we are G.R.O.W.ing! We're excited to be hosting a conference in both Muncie AND Anderson this year! You are more than welcome to attend one or both of these events. Below, there will be an option for you to choose which option you prefer.
**If you'd like to be a vendor at both events, you will get a 50% discount on the Anderson conference! This discount will be applied to the invoice you receive for your booth space.
Due to limited space, the number of vendors will be capped. Women-owned businesses, businesses serving women, and businesses serving Muncie and surrounding areas will be given priority.
The Muncie Vendor fee is $275.
The Anderson Vendor fee is $200
All vendors get the following:
Booth space
Complimentary Wi-Fi access (shared signal)
Listing on exhibitor passport map
Access to the post-conference registration email list for a one-time mailing
Access to conference meals
ID badges for booth representatives
Plentiful breaks built into the conference schedule to allow for maximum time with attendees
Access to conference events and entertainment for opportunities to participate in open networking
Option to add additional a la carte conference tickets
Vendor fees must be paid in full. If not paid, vendor spot will be forfeited.
