JamOnBread Collection Verification Form

Kindly complete the following form to initiate the verification process for your Cardano NFT collection on JamOnBread.

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Fill out the verification request form provided.
  2. Send a direct message (DM) to JamOnBread on Twitter from your project account.
  3. In the DM, confirm that you have recently submitted a verification request.
  4. Include the policy ID in the message for reference.
  5. After completing these steps, please wait for the verification process to be carried out.
  6. Once the verification is complete, we will send a confirmation through the DM on Twitter.
