FALL 22 Permission Number Request Form
1) All courses above the 1000 level require a permission number. There will be no student specific permissions fall semester. Request a number for each class you are registering for.

2) Normally Modern/Contemporary 5-7-9 does leveling during the first week of fall semester and I would not issue permission numbers until then. This year, please request a permission number now for what would be your next level, keeping in mind that this may change during the first week of classes. **If you were in 10 this semester request for 9 

3) PLEASE REGISTER FOR CLASSES RIGHT AWAY!! Some of the electives could be in danger of cancellation based on enrollment numbers as we get closer to the semester. 

4) DO NOT REQUEST A PERMISSION NUMBER FOR 5700 AS YOU MUST AUDITION FOR THIS COURSE
