Class Drop Request

This form is only to be used by students who meet one of the following three criteria:

--has a registration-blocking holds on their account that prevents them from dropping a class through TreeHouse
--in a class that has a late start date in a term and registration is closed
--in a Jan Term class who are unable to drop their last class.

Students who do not meet the three criteria should drop the class through TreeHouse before the deadlines listed on the academic calendar.
