Come join the circus this summer!
Led by Kolleen & Bobby Kintz, this summer camp will explore creative movement, personal expression and ensemble creation. Students will play games, move their bodies, and find their funny. Basic circus skills and partner acrobatics will be taught! We will be discovering what it takes to be a strong performer and a good audience member. Students will share some of what they've learned at a performance for parents during the final afternoon.
This is a drop-off camp: we will help create a comfortable transition for your child when they arrive each day. Campers will bring a lunch to eat together, during which we will watch age appropriate clown material from some of the greats like: Charlie Chaplin, Lucille Ball, Laurel & Hardy, Mr. Bean, and Monty Python.
There will be a daily outdoor component of this camp. We might make giant bubbles in the field, play a game of tag, or take the daily acrobatics lesson out into the sunshine. We also plan to build stilts!
Please complete one form for each child who will be attending camp. We will send additional information about what to expect and camp procedures as we get closer to summer. Don't hesitate to call Kolleen at 802-377-1742 or email
kolleenkintz@gmail.com with any questions.
