Parents should fill out this form for students to be able to get a calculator for the semester. All school calculators will be collected before exams in order to give to classrooms for testing. Batteries can be replaced by families or replacement batteries can be purchased for $2.00 (exact change) in The Den (media center). Calculators may be picked up in The Den or they will be placed in their teacher's mailbox.
