How to measure: comfortably - not too tight, not too loose

Height: to the nearest 0.5 inch (ex. 65.5) *

No shoes, feet together, back against the wall

Weight in pounds *

Chest: to the nearest 0.5 inch (ex. 36 or 38.5)

Measure the fullest part with arms down & don't hold your breath

Waist: to the nearest 0.5 inch (ex. 32 or 34.5)

Measure at navel with arms down & not holding your breath

Head: to the nearest 0.25 inch (ex. 7.25)

Measure at forehead and go all the way around your head with your hair out of the way
