Please use a separate form for each change.

Change forms must be turned into the show office BEFORE the first horse runs each day and will be charged a $5 fee after early entries close. Once substituted, only that horse may be ridden in that position and only that rider may compete in that position. Horse must be ridden at their assigned draw position even if horse or rider is already entered in race. The same combination of horse and rider cannot be repeated in the show. You can not
change both horse and rider at any position for any reason.
