The Volunteer Leadership Program (VLP) is a group of dedicated volunteer leaders who attend weekly, one hour meetings to gain direct experience with gender-based violence prevention and anti-oppression work. You will work in collaboration with PAVE staff to create a unique, impactful project to work on for the year with your fellow volunteer leaders.
