The format of the sprint race will be this: Teams of 2 will alternate skiing 1.25k laps. Each skier will ski 4 laps so that means each team will ski 8 laps. Time is totaled for all laps to determine a winner. No

Race Start is 2 pm. Get to Elm Creek at 1:15. Check in with coaches for wave assignments. Then, get warmed up for about 15-20 minutes. Races should be all done by 2:45ish and skiers can leave right away.
