BASD Summer Camp Registration 2021
Please complete this registration form for all camps that your child plans to attend. If you have more than one child who plans to attend a summer camp, please fill out a form for each child. Once this form is completed and submitted, we will notify you if there are enough attendees for the camp to run this summer. Once it is determined that the camp will run, you will receive an email to submit an online payment. All registrations are due by Sunday, May 16th.
