2020 4-H Livestock Tag Order Form
Please use this form to request the tags for your family based on species and kind of tag.  Note that fees for tags will be collected by committees at county-fair check-in.  All of this information must be entered into 4HOnline by June 1.  If you require assistance tagging animals, you can contact wise25@purdue.edu for a list of committee members willing to advise or refer to your "2020 4-H Livestock Tagging Details" e-mail.

We will contact you with further instructions when your tags are ready to pick up.

Members who need to borrow tagging equipment can reserve taggers through this link:  Please note that a $20 deposit will be required at time of pick up.  Instructions can be found on sign-up site or in original e-mail.
