Dr. Joyce customarily receives a base honorarium of $850 or greater for ministry assignments. Please check the box in the section below to confirm agreement with this rate.

Product Table and Volunteer:
Dr. Joyce requests a 6ft able for connecting with attendees after the event and for offering our product and services. Please provide a small table and one volunteer to assist.

AIRFARE:
Pastor Joyce request airline travel confirmation, with Delta airline, 21 days prior to your event using Frequent Flyer number 2592475814 in an Aisle seat, from the wing forward.  We often request a flight range, beyond our one or two-day assignment.  As long as there is no increase in airfare for the ministry, between a turnaround flight and a 2-3 day flight, we request the ministry to honor said request. (Please verify flight times with our office prior to booking)

HOTEL:
Pastor Joyce request 1-Night hotel stay be booked in her name, for the day prior to her ministry assignment for an early morning or afternoon assignment OR the morning of her ministry assignment, if it's an evening service assignment. In some instances, Pastor Joyce may extend her stay beyond her assignment to enjoy the rest of your event.  In this case, we will request for you to book the reservation for the entire time we request, and we will pay for the additional night or nights. To assure the comfort and safety of Pastor Joyce, the host ministry shall assure hotel is a minimum 4 star,  in a well-lit area. Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott, Hyatt Place are usually comparable to meet this request. Eateries within walking distance are also preferred, so we don't place any further burden on the ministry to transport for meals.

TRANSPORTATION:
The host ministry shall provide pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport nearest the event venue and hotel, as well as, transport to and from the event or service. (Because of allergies, a Non-Smoking, Pet Free vehicle is requested)

Room Temp bottled water before ministry AND chilled Ocean Spray CranGrape or CranApple after ministry.

Food Aversions: Seafood and Chinese Cuisine
If ministry hosts are not directly taking Pastor Joyce to post-ministry dining, we request a $25 per diem for room service or food delivery to hotel room, payable via Dr. Joyce's Cash App. $JoyceG43 in advance of her designated time of ministry.

Snack Preferences: (If offered by ministry) The following items are appreciated in individual quantities rather than large gift baskets: Ocean Spray CranGrape drink, White Cheddar Cheez-Its, Pistachios, Hostess Cupcakes, Mike-and-Ike
