Mysterious Designs Landscaping – Application

If you'd like to inquire about my rates before completing the application, feel free to contact me directly with the following key details - land size, prim allowance, desired theme (such as Spring, Beach, Junkyard, etc.), preference for seasonal, commercial/residential setup, and your desired completion deadline.


– PAYMENTS –

I do things differently regarding payments, as I understand how frightening it is to pay the total amount upfront without the insurance that I will start or finish the job. 

I require a small payment to start the job; this gives me motivation and assurance for the hardworking hours I put into your project. 

For the following, “If I am landscaping a land size of;”

"less" than a 1/8 region, I require L$3,000 ($13 USD) upfront. 

1/8 region, I require L$5,000 ($22 USD) upfront.

1/4 region, I require L$7,000 ($30 USD) upfront.

1/2 region, I require L$11,300 ($50 USD) upfront.

Entire homestead region, I require L$14,500 ($65 USD) upfront.

Entire 20-30K region, I require L$34,000 ($150 USD) upfront.

This applies to all of the above: Once I’ve completed 50% of the project, I require 50% of the total, with the remaining when finished. 


★ Please understand that depending on the requirements, an entire region may take a month or two to complete because I pay great attention to detail. The more time you give me, the better the outcome.

★ I will always ensure you are happy with the development of your project before asking for more payments. If I have completed the job and you want things changed, I am happy to do so, but there may be a fee for my time, depending on the requirements. 

★ I cannot offer refunds for any change of mind unless I have not already started your project. If my real life gets in the way, and I cannot finish the project after you've paid, I will refund you.

★ If you cannot pay the final amount after I’ve finished your project, I may offer you an extension for the month.


– ONCE APPROVED –

★ Please give me land access and invite (g13n resident) to your land group to rez & terraform. 

★ Please gift me any items I don't own that you want me to use. I will work much faster this way to make copies and link things together, saving you prims. If you already own these items, please rez them out for me. 


– NOTES –

★  If you have any photos I can use for inspiration, that would be great. If you show me another landscaper's design, I can use similar trees, rocks or the layout for inspiration, but I will never copy another landscaper's work out of respect. 

★  When you make a payment, please remember to notify me. This helps me keep track of all received payments.

★ Once I receive your application, I will then get back to you within 24 hours with a full quote.
