Fire Pit Booking Request Form


A minimum of 10 Business Days is required to process these bookings to confirm availability and staffing. If less time is given, all efforts will be made to confirm your booking, however it is not guaranteed. 

Internal Departments and Student Groups $75 
External Organizations $150 
Included: fire wood, birch bark 

External organizations should contact our office to book the Fire Pit: conference.services@lakeheadu.ca 

Please answer the following questions to request your Fire Pit - your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email from our Conference Team. If this is your first Fire Pit Booking, a short orientation will be required with one of our team to help you get started.
