2023-2024 Allisonville PTO Volunteer Interest
The Allisonville PTO (AVPTO) exists to support students and staff at Allisonville.  We're a parent run organization that depends on parents just like you to make our events possible.  We can't wait to hear how you'd like to be involved this year!

If you indicate you are willing to chair a committee, the PTO President will contact you before the start of the new school year. If you are interested in helping with a committee, the committee chair will reach out to you when it is time to plan your event/activity.

Some of the many ways the PTO supports Allisonville:
  • Run fundraisers to provide funds for building support, grants, and community events
  • Provide reimbursement for up to $200 in supplies for each classroom
  • Provide a school directory to each family
  • Provide appreciation for staff through coffee, treats, and meals
  • Provide funding for author visits, field trips, the school musical, diversity initiatives, Black History Month, and disability awareness
  • Provide funding for grants requested by teachers
  • Make spirit wear, yearbooks, and art keepsakes available to families
  • Honor veterans and invite family members into our school through VIP Day
  • Bring fun events to our community like Kindergarten Playdate, Classroom Parties, Popsicle Pop-in, Bonfire, Talent Show, and Gator Safari, 5th Grade Fun Day, and 5th Grade Celebration
  • Provide a Gator Giving fund to meet individual student needs
