So, the carrier outsmarted our steps taken to prevent damage during shipping?  We share in your frustration and will make the damage claim process completely painless.

It is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3

As per our damage claim policy on our website and noted on your invoice, this form is only valid if completed within 15 calendar days of the delivery of your parcel (as per the tracking number).

1) Enter in all the details required in the below form. 
2) Take photos of the damage.  If more than one item is damaged, we require photos of each item independently and also a photo of all damaged items together. Please include photos of the box damage.
3) Submit this form and then email the photos to heretohelp@fillintheblankscanada.ca

Shipping Damage Claim Policy (as seen on our website under "Policies" and also noted on your invoice):

You have 15 calendar days from the day your parcel was delivered to you to make any damage claims.

Please keep the box your order was delivered in and take photos of the damage on it.  You will also be required to take photos of each item damaged.  If more than one item is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of each item independently and also a group photo of all damaged items together.  All photos can be submitted to heretohelp@fillintheblankscanada.ca

Complete our Shipping Damage Claim Form and submit it once complete. Please use the same email address and name on the form that you used for placing your order.

Once your photos and your Damage Claim Form is received we will process it within 2 business days.

Validated damage claims will have the value of the item(s), including tax, credited back to your FITB account in the form of an individualized code.  You will receive an email from us with all the details.  We do not re-ship damaged item nor do we process refunds to the original payment method for damage claims. Please ensure that our email is on your safe list so there are no delays caused by missed emails landing in your junk folder.
