💸 HCAP Panel: Financial Stress & Mental Health (3/5/24)
Are you worried or confused about money? Do you avoid the topic? Many of us tend to repeat financial patterns we see in our families. Additionally, Asian American students may have heavy financial duties and/or be expected to be breadwinners. Join us for a panel of clinicians with similar experiences. Learn healthy ways to navigate your own financial patterns, stressors, and responsibilities.

Open to current Hunter students of ALL identities
Free Food!

Date: Tuesday, March 5 @ 3:30-5:30pm

👋
What is HCAP? HCAP is a student success program that targets Asian American, Pacific Islander (AAPI) and other students who are first-gen college goers and/or from immigrant families. HCAP provides programs that help students navigate college, explore their identities, build community and connect to resources. We offer peer mentoring, mental health, and research skills programs, as well as writing workshops, and interviewing seminars. Our programs are open to undergraduate students of all backgrounds. Check our calendar for more upcoming events.
