USG Student Organization (Re)Enrollment Form
Please complete all of the fields below each academic year. If you have any questions, please email usg-studentlife@umd.edu. After this form has been processed, you will receive access to a Google Document that contains this information for your records in addition to a list of helpful links and resources.

Note that if you do not have all of your officers in place but you want to reserve a table at the Fall Student Organization & Leadership Expo or the Spring Involvement Fair, you may type "Pending" for the officer slots that are vacant you can receive a conditional enrollment. You will then need to send us the contact information of new officers as soon as they are in place for official recognition (use of funds, etc.).
