Reports are reviewed during regular business hours and are not monitored after hours, on weekends, or during observed holidays/breaks. While the information will be reviewed and processed as soon as possible, this is NOT designed for emergency response situations.

The purpose of this form is to encourage members of Russell Sage College community to report concerning behavior exhibited by Sage students. Reports will be forwarded to the appropriate Sage official or office. Reports can come from any member of the Sage campus community.

CARE Report vs Beacon Report
NOTE: The CARE team reviews reports for students with concerning behavior or personal circumstances (depressed mood, threatening behavior, family instability, etc.) and provides comprehensive outreach to link individuals with campus/community resources and support.  

If your concerns for the student are primarily academic in nature (poor academic progress, missing assignments, etc.), please submit a report through the BEACON ALERT system, which can be accessed through the Beacon Link, available through passport.sage.edu.

If you are unable to submit an alert for this individual in Beacon, please email studentsuccess@sage.edu for further assistance.
CARE Report vs Title IX Report
NOTE: If your concerns for the student are primarily Title IX in nature (harassment, discrimination, abuse, violence, including sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking, etc.), please submit a report directly to our Title IX Coordinator, Amanda Bastiani, at bastia@sage.edu, titleix@sage.edu, or by submitting an online report, which can also be accessed through our Title IX website.
