Waiver + Release

In exchange for participation in the 7-month program, Sacred Sanctuary program, organized by Catherine Scherwenka (the “Facilitator”) I agree to the following:

I voluntarily desire to participate in the 7 - month, Sacred Sanctuary program.

I take full and sole responsibility for my life, my well-being and all decisions made before, during and after the 7-month Program. I understand that no representations or guarantees have been made as to the results I may expect to receive before, during or after the Program, and I agree and understand that I am 100% responsible for my actions and results.

I acknowledge that I am choosing to participate voluntarily in various activities throughout the Program and I recognize that these activities may contain certain inherent risks. I agree to assume any and all risks of participating in activities, including but not limited to: individual and group discussions, yoga, movement, meditation, deep breathing exercises, use of essential oils, deep transformational coaching, business strategy, dancing, singing, and other activities (collectively “Program Activities”).

I understand that the information provided at or in conjunction with the Program Activities is not, nor intended to be, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your physician, therapist, licensed dietitian or nutritionist, or any other licensed or registered medical or mental health practitioner. I understand that the Facilitator and any of her employees, representatives and agents are not acting in any capacity as a medical or mental health care provider. I understand that the Facilitator is not providing health care, medical or nutrition therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat or cure in any manner whatsoever any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body during the course of the Program. Rather, the Facilitator is solely serving in her capacity as a coach, mentor and guide.

I agree to disclose to the Facilitator in advance any known or suspected food allergies or sensitivities, any other allergies, any physical limitations that may impact my breathing or movement, or any other health or mental condition. If I suspect that I have an immediate medical or mental health problem during the Program, I agree to inform the Facilitator promptly.

I agree to seek the advice of my medical or mental health practitioner prior to and during the Program regarding any questions or concerns I have about my specific health situation, including possible or actual pregnancy, known or suspected food sensitivities or allergies, dietary restrictions, or any medications I am currently taking. I understand that I am advised to speak with my own physician or mental health provider before attending the Program or implementing any of the Program Activities. I agree to not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice or stop taking any medications without speaking to my own physician or mental health practitioner.

At any time before or during the Program, should I know or feel that I may cause imminent harm to myself, other participants, or to the Facilitator, I understand and agree that I am immediately obligated to let the Facilitators know, and to remove myself from the situation in a peaceful and cooperative manner; otherwise, I consent that I may be asked to not attend the Program, leave the Program, and/or have immediate physical or mental health care administered to avoid causing mental or physical harm to myself or others.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I hold harmless and release the Facilitator and her employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which I have ever had, now have or will have in the future arising from my past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, anything related to and including the Program.

In no event will I hold the Facilitator and her employees, agents and representatives liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages for any use of, non-use, or reliance on this Program and the Program Activities including, without limitation, personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information, or any other loss, malady, illness, disease, medical condition, difficulty, or death, or otherwise, even if I am expressly advised of the possibility of such damages or difficulties, whether caused by the fault of myself, the Facilitator, other attendees or any other person.

Any dispute concerning this release, the Facilitator or any aspect of my participation in the Program or Program Activities shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and brought in the state or federal courts of Nevada.
I have carefully read this document and by signing below I consent to all parts of it. I understand that by signing this Release, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.

Payments
By completing the Application and accepting this Agreement, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card, cash your check, request payment via Venmo/Paypal, or accept your wire payment to enroll you in the Program.

You agree that if you are accepted into the Program, you are responsible for a full payment of fees for the entire course of the Program. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued.

You agree the initial payment and/or deposit is non-refundable and that all future payments are contractually obligated and non-refundable regardless of the time that has transpired.

You agree that if you are behind on payments, The Company may revoke membership privileges, however, that does not change the contractual commitment to the fees that are due or the timeline of the program, even if those revoked membership privileges cannot be reinstated.

Termination and Refunds
This program is 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason. We understand there may be issues of travel, health or other things going on in your life, which is why the program has flexibility. The Company fully expects you to have periods of non-participation. Therefore, the Membership cannot be put on hold at any time during the Program.
All payments must be paid on a timely basis or privileges of membership may be revoked at the Company’s discretion.

You may decide to leave the program at any time, however, non-participation does not affect your contractual obligation.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the Program guidelines, or if you impair the participation of Program instructors or participants in the Program or violate any of the confidentiality and privacy policies in Article Four of this Agreement.
