Thank you for your expression of interest! Ballarat Carols by Candlelight is run by the community, for the community. Our event relies on people donating their time, knowledge, skills and expertise.

Our event will be held on SUNDAY 18th DECEMBER 2022.

Under the guidance of the Event Manager and the Volulnteer Coordinator, your job as a volunteer may include ticket scanning, monitoring seating areas, collecting donations, keeping aisles clear, answering questions from patrons, making sure the grounds are clean - all done to the best of your ability.

Which timeslot/s are you available for?

3.00pm til 7.00pm - duties will predominately include gate entry, donation collection, childrens wrist bands, seating and supervising zoned areas, keeping aisles clear, and answering questions.

7.00pm til 11.00pm - duties will predominately include donation collection, supervising zoned areas, keeping aisles clear, bin rotation, general clean up.

NB. You will be required to attend a compulsory safety briefing 30 minutes prior to your allocated start time.

3.00pm til 7.00pm (4 hours)

7.00pm til 11.00pm (4 hours)

3.00pm til 11.00pm (8 hours)
