Class Proposal Form
Please fill out this form if you are interested in teaching classes at Akron Makerspace. Be thorough. 

The maintainer of the Lab it will be taught in and the AMS board need to review the form before you can begin teach. This is to ensure consistent quality and form for all classes offered at AMS. 

Teachers may set their hourly rate for instructing. Donations to AMS for providing a place and equipment for teaching the class are set at 25% of hourly rate for AMS member students (capped at $20), and 50% of hourly rate for non-members. (Tip: charge students that additional percentage to give to AMS after the class so the instructor still makes their intended hourly rate).

2) Should students have any prior knowledge or experience before taking the class?
