If you are a family that has found yourself in a tough financial situation and you know that holiday purchases are going to be difficult this year, please consider filling out the bottom portion of this form. (If you do not celebrate a holiday but still are in need, please still sign up.) I understand that it can be extremely difficult to ask for help, please remember this is a confidential process through the counseling office.
 
Please complete the form below by November 8th. It is important to complete the information in a timely manner so our volunteer community can begin to formulate gift ideas by the Thanksgiving Break.

After receiving your initial request,  I will send a more detailed form home requesting needs and gift ideas for your children.  Please remember the entire donation process is confidential.

This year our volunteers will only be buying gifts for students attending Green Ridge or younger siblings living in the home.  If you have older children, please contact the school they are currently attending.
