Covid Exposure Kits
In order to assist with your planning for Covid exposure situations, Summit DD offers a "Covid Exposure Kit" which can be easily stored at each service setting and be readily available for when a Covid exposure occurs. The Covid Exposure Kit is designed to provide a two day supply of enhanced PPE and includes:
 
8 N95 masks, 4 gowns, 8 face shields, & 20 gloves
 
Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for these requests to be processed. You will be contacted by a Summit DD staff member to complete your request and to notify you when your order will be ready for pick up at the Main Entrance of the Summit DD Administration Building, 89 E. Howe Rd. Tallmadge, OH 44278.
