I hereby confirm I want to sign up (my child) to a weekly singing ensemble classes and I understand the following:

- the classes are free of charge for current TMMS Students undertaking our yearly courses
- the rehearsal time is on Wednesdays at 7 to 8 pm as per school Term Dates
- the rehearsal venue is Orange Room, TMMS, 19 The Avenue, London W13 8JR
- TMMS reserves the right for a student to be withdrawn from the rehearsals if attendance, committment or attitude problems occur
- TMMS reserves the right not to admit the student to the rehearsals if a basic singing training is needed prior to the student joining and offers to provide that training according to regular pricing
- All enrolled students are obliged to perform during TMMS Termly Concerts
