Please fill out this form to be a(n) Vendor, Exhibitor, and/or College & Training Program Representative at the 2024 Florida Thespian Senior State Festival.

Note: We can only accept vendors/exhibitors/college & training program representatives who have a direct connection to theatre education. All products sold at our conference must relate directly to theatre. No items can be sold that challenge our dress or behavior code for students, including but not limited to, masks and any weapon related items. If any item sold is seen to violate this policy, we will ask for you to stop selling it or you will be asked to leave the festival.

Vendors, Exhibitors,  College & Training Program Representatives are permitted at the discretion of the Florida Thespian State Leadership Staff.

Per festival rules, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted to register as a representative (or as the guest of a representative) without express and written approval of the Chapter Director or their designee.

There is to be no soliciting of any kind outside of the designated exhibit hall.

All loading or unloading must take place through designated loading areas. No loading or unloading will be permitted through the main entrance or public spaces.

Florida Thespians will not be responsible for loss or theft of goods displayed in the exhibit hall.

If you are the only person with your company, please keep in mind your table will be left vacant while you are judging an event or presenting a workshop. Workshop presenters and adjudicators are selected based on the needs of the festival and do not guarantee any deferment of fees.

We do a vendor passport and a drawing at the end of the day on Saturday for prizes as an incentive for delegates to visit each exhibitor.
