Missed Lessons *
No refunds for student cancellations. Lessons are only made up during other students' cancellations and make-up lessons are not guaranteed. Please read the policy (at the link above) for full details on possible ways to make up a missed lesson.

Lesson Videos/Observation *
Teachers may occasionally video record lessons for mentor/mentee teachers to watch (or the observing teacher may watch in person).

Payment Schedule *
As a returning family, your credit card details are already in our system and you will not be asked to submit them on this form.

For monthly payments, you will be billed your first installment shortly after the early bird deadline (June 1) and the remaining installments the first day of each month, Aug 1 - April 1.

If you wish to pay the full year up front, we will invoice you and you will need to initiate payment.
