Welcome! Please read the following information and complete the form below in order to receive a 'CATS' Audition Pack.
With music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and based on the Old Possum’s Book Of Practical Cats by T.S. Eliot, the Jellicle Cats come out on one special night of the year — the night of the Jellicle Ball. One by one they tell their stories to Old Deuteronomy, their wise and benevolent leader, who must choose one of the Cats to ascend to The Heaviside Layer and be reborn into a whole new Jellicle life. This will be a non-replica production of Cats the Musical, and will be a truly creative, ambitious, and fun project for all!

Friday 20th to Saturday 28th September 2024
AUDITION WORKSHOPS: (attendance to both are recommended to learn Song / Movement and Dance material for the Final Auditions)
PART ONE - Monday 29th April 2024: 19:00 - 21:30
PART TWO - Friday 10th May 2024: 19:00 - 21:30
AUDITIONS :
Saturday 11th May 2024 (Named Character Roles involving solo singing)
Sunday 12th May 2024 (Full Cast and Ensemble and Choir)
REHEARSALS:
First Rehearsal - Wednesday 19th June 2024: 19:30 - 22:00
Note: Rehearsal Nights will be TUES/WED/THURS (with some SUNDAYS nearer to production)
*Most cast members will be required to attend twice a week (however this will vary depending on your
involvement in the show.
