Sponsor Responsibility Checklist & Agreement
By checking these boxes and submitting this form, potential sponsors acknowledge and agree that they have the following responsibilities as a Walk to Emmaus Sponsor.
*
Gather a minimum of 12 Agape letters from the Pilgrim's spouse, family, and friends.
Remain in contact with your Pilgrim between now and the Walk to Emmaus weekend.
Transport your Pilgrim to the weekend location and return them home after the Walk.
A Pilgrim participation fee of $75 is due by Thursday evening of the Walk.
Provide for the Pilgrim's family and their needs while the Pilgrim is attending the walk.
Bring the candidate to the weekend Check-In on Thursday evening of the walk, and be sure they have eaten dinner.
Participate in Sponsor's Hour immediately following Send Off on Thursday evening.
Participate in Candelight on Saturday evening.
Participate in the Closing on Sunday afternoon.
