If walks are cancelled with less than one business day (24-hours) notice, there is a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $10 for half-hour walks and $15 for one-hour walks. If walks are cancelled with less than two business day’s (48 hours) notice, there is a 25% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $5 for half-hour walks and $7.50 for one-hour walks. If more than 48 hours, or two business days’ notice is given, there is no cancellation fee for the walk. If your dog-walker shows up for a scheduled walk and your dog is unavailable for any reason, the full service fee will be charged.
