Scholarship Judge and College Fair Registration
!!!PRSEF 2023 COLLEGE FAIR REGISTRATION OFFICIALLY CLOSED AS OF 3/17/23!!!

At the 2023 Pittsburgh Regional Science and Engineering Fair, we’re asking our partnering colleges, universities, and tech/trade schools to make a commitment of $250 to help offset the costs associated with holding the Science Fair. The donation benefits will include one exhibitor table during the entirety of the event--which will be held this year from March 28-29, 2023 - in addition to the opportunity for universities and colleges to recruit potential students and interview for scholarships. Our higher education exhibitors will be invited to set up from 12pm-4pm on both March 28-29, 2023 to promote their programs to some of the top minds of our region!

About the Pittsburgh Regional Science & Engineering Fair (PRSEF): PRSEF invites middle and high school students to take on the challenge of designing, implementing, and communicating an original experiment while competing for cash prizes and scholarships. PRSEF is open to all students in grades 6–12 from the 21 counties within Western Pennsylvania and Garrett County, Maryland. The Science Fair has been a Pittsburgh tradition since 1940. It is also the third oldest science fair in the United States under the affiliation of Society for Science, which runs the Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) and Thermo Fisher Scientific's Junior Innovator's Challenge middle school competition.

Please make the $250 check payable to Carnegie Institute (please note "PRSEF" on the check memo line) and addressed to Mrs. Christie Orlosky, PRSEF Director, at Carnegie Science Center, 1 Allegheny Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15212. Payment should be remitted no later than two-weeks prior to the competition date and please note that registration fees are non-refundable, unless the contest is canceled per Carnegie Science Center. Please note, space for this event is limited and college fair exhibitors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Please respond by Friday, March 10, 2023
