Job Description
- Reaching out to potential clients via various social platforms
- Maintaining a database of your potential clients and regular tracking
- End to end coordination between brands and Auor/ Loft
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
- Lead business development calls for the organisation
- Personal assistant to the founder (Calendar management, Follow ups)
- Task Management and tracking
- Daily reporting and discussion

Skills Required
- Ability to create rapport with potential clients
- Impeccable communication skills
- Spontaneity and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in an organised manner and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English language

Please Note:
- Working hours needed: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day
- An experience letter will be provided after successful completion of the term
- Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on exceptional performance
- Minimum tenure for this position would be 12 months, with the first 3 months being probationary. The associate will initially go through an unpaid training process in the first month, upon which we will confirm the role, based solely on his/her performance.  Stipend will be paid in the initial probation period.
