Donation Request Form
The Duluth Playhouse supports fundraising events for nonprofit organizations through the donation of performance tickets. We do not issue monetary donations.

We currently only donate to fellow 501(c)(3) organizations. Although we would like to grant all requests, we must limit the number of contributions we make. We consider requests from:

- Organizations that support the Twin Ports area
- Arts organizations
- Education organizations
- Social services organizations

All fields are required. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
