Summer 365: Summer '21 Homecoming
On March 16 & 17, Summer 365 invites you to a very special virtual event!
We will be hosting two information packed days where you'll hear from featured experts in and connected to the camp industry addressing all the most important topics on all of our minds as we plan, prepare, and get educated about summer '21 and all that sleepaway camp will bring this year.
Below is a schedule overview, registration questions in order to get your "ticket" for the event, detailed information on the session and speakers in order for you to select your preferred sessions (choose one, choose all).
After your ticket registration is approved, you'll receive calendar invites and zoom links. All sessions are about an hour to an hour and fifteen minus which also includes a Q&A. We can't wait to see you there!

10 AM: Happy Camper Goals: Finding the Best Fit Sleepaway Camp
Join advisors, industry experts, and current and former camp moms from the Summer 365 team who will give you all the PPE - plan, prepare, execute - you need to find a camp during a pandemic and beyond.
What are the top criteria to consider - the subjective and objective, what are the most important questions to ask, tools and resources to help you kick start your search or get you to the finish line to make a final decision for summer ‘21 and ‘22. The right fit ensures your peace of mind and a summer they’ll never forget. We may be in a pandemic, but this search can and is happening, come join the adventure!
1230 PM: Lunch and Learn // Food Glorious Camp Food
Join us in the virtual dining room to make a Happy Camper Rejuvenating smoothie and talk camp food with a nutritionist (MS RDN) and 4th year camp mom (to an allergy camper). She will chat and answer your questions about managing food allergies and picky eaters as well as the overall food situation at camp. It's not what you remember from the 1990's!!
8 PM: Covid & Camp: A Pediatric Perspective
PM Pediatrics, the largest pediatric urgent care provider in the country, will share the latest evidence based medicine as it relates to Covid-19 and children and what that means for you and your camper. Send us your questions in advance and our pediatric emergency physicians/camp docs will answer them to ease your mind as you prepare for summer '21.

10 AM: Campfireside chat: Mental Health & the Importance of Camp
Let’s get psyched! Covid has altered kids school, friendships, and social lives. Is summer ‘21 exactly what children, teens, and parents need? Join this panel of child psychologists and LCSWs for a look at children’s mental health, why camp in a pandemic and how this experience uniquely meets this moment, tips and a conversation to help parents get their child and themselves ready for sleepaway camp.
1230 PM: Lunch and Learn // Topics, Tips, and Tricks for First Timers
First timers unite! Are you just starting the camp search process for '22? Are you sending your child to camp for the first time this summer? Join advisors from the Summer 365 who are moms going through it with you and will lead a conversation to help you jump successfully into tours (what's the deal with that this summer), packing, and more. We're all in this together...literally.
8 PM: 2020 Success Stories
Join us for a dynamic panel and candid conversation with camp Owners and Directors from 6 different camps, who successfully opened their gates and safely operated last summer during the beginning of the pandemic. There are certain parts of camp that had to be reimagined, however, the essence of camp remained the same. Plus, the benefits of the experience have never been more valuable or needed. They will share key insights, learnings, and feedback from inside the trenches that will take us into summer ‘21 with confidence. Hear it here first!
