Hello! Please only fill out this survey if you have successfully closed an SMB acquisition (<$3M of EBITDA). We tried to keep it relatively short and painless -- it should take ~15 minutes. This will be anonymous - no specific response will be discussed, all data will be grouped up such that any given deal cannot be recognized.

Other than a few questions in the Section 1, all questions are optional, just fill in to the best of your recollection.

The survey ticks through the following items: 1) Deal Profile, 2) Diligence Costs, 3) Closing Costs, and 4) Legal & QoE Cost Detail.

If you have closed multiple deals, feel free to re-open the form and submit another deal once you're done with the first.
