PreK-6 Spring Break Camp 2024             Registration Form
Spring Break is March 11-15 and some of our favorite camps are back for 2024!! Willowwind is excited to open its doors for its week-long camp over Spring Break for all area students in preschool through sixth grade.  Preschoolers must be three years old and independent with toileting needs.  Willowwind's 2024 Spring Break Camp registration opens Monday, November 6th!

ASP:
Willowwind's After School Programs (ASP) will be available during Spring Break.
ASP runs from 3:00 - 6:00 pm ($80 for the week)
We can only accommodate drop-ins with prior notice at a rate of $20 per day for After School Program.
Please be sure to contact Brett Burr (brettb@willowwind.org) prior to dropping in.

Full Day 8:00 am - 3:00 pm ($300 for the week)

A week full of problem-based learning, student choice, technology integration, and teacher facilitation with a focus on connected learning―a type of learning that draws on students’ interests that teachers can capitalize on when using STEAM to address real-world problems.

- Full Day K-6 students should bring two snacks, lunch and water bottle. Face masks are optional.

PreK Spring Break Camp - Full STEAM Ahead:

Full Day PreK 8:30 am - 3:30 pm ($300)
PreK Am Only 8:30 - 11:30 am ($185)

- AM Only preschoolers should bring one snack, a water bottle, and a spare change of clothes. Face masks are optional.

Willowwind Cancellation Policies:
1. Cancellation by Family: If you cancel your child's Spring Break Camp registration before Friday, March 3rd, Willowwind will refund tuition, less a $50 cancellation fee per class. If you cancel your class registration after Friday, March 3, no refund will be given.

2. Cancellation by Willowwind: Minimum enrollment for all classes is 7 students. We reserve the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. Any tuition paid will be refunded in full.

3. We want all students to be satisfied with their experiences at Willowwind School. If after attending the first day of class, you decide you do not want to continue, let us know before the second class and the remainder of the week’s tuition will become a credit, which you may use toward Willowwind's Summer 2023 programming. After the second day of class, Willowwind will not make any tuition or enrollment adjustments.

Billing:
Internal Families:  Willowwind will withdraw Spring Break payment with March 1st's tuition payment.
External Families:  Willowwind will issue a PayPal invoice within 48 hours of registration.  A processing fee will be applied to PayPal transactions.
