COVID-19 Relief Grant Application
The Community Foundation of South Lake and our local Philanthropists are concerned about the well-being of our community. We understand that in the wake of this pandemic our ability to assist in addressing the current and future needs are important. We have created a short grant application to apply for funding needed as a result of COVID-19.

Funding Priorities include:

- Food Insecurity
- Rent/Mortgage and Utilities Assistance
- Services specifically for the elderly

We expect to receive a high volume of requests for funding and unfortunately may not be able to fulfill every request nor the request at the full amount. We are committed to make the best use of available resources to address the highest priority needs.

As of 4/24/20, to be most effective in our community, applicants are limited to nonprofit organizations providing services to South Lake County residents ONLY.

We will have ongoing application reviews and awards. There is currently no application deadline. Maximum request amount is $25,000 at this time.

Final funding decisions and reporting requirements will be provided via email. At this time, each organization is only allowed to submit ONE APPLICATION.
