Hi! Please read through this form before our session, and fill out what you can- it should sort out most of the technicalities and little things that we may not always think about. If you have any questions or concerns about anything mentioned here, or you're not sure if you want to submit this just yet, feel free to let me know! *In regards to this whole global pandemic thing: we'll operate a little differently than what we're used to- most notably the restrictions on locations. I'm watching local guidelines and recommendations closely every day. Your health and safety is my greatest priority, so feel free to message me for more details about my plans for us to work through this situation.*

Photoshoot Guidelines That I Go By
- We will not shoot in a location that puts either party in any inherent danger

- Personal space and autonomy will always be respected

- Always feel free to bring a companion (friend, significant other, parent, etc) with you for any reason, just let me know beforehand. They will not be included in the photos unless it is part of the agreement.
Photo Delivery
-The number of images delivered depends on type of session

-Photos will be delivered up to a week after the payment is received.

-Photo Albums will be shared via online gallery.
Photo Usage/Rights
-You (the client) may use the final images for anything you want- they're yours to keep (just be sure to tag me when you post)!

-I (the photographer) may use the images for: showcasing on social media, my website/portfolio, advertising, printing products. If there are any issues/questions concerning publicity, feel free to let me know! I'll be happy to work things out with you.
Payment
-Unless otherwise specified, payment will be due by the day of the session. The most popular option is to pay on location. If that does not happen, the session may continue, BUT I cannot start the editing process until the full payment is delivered.

-Current payment methods include: Cash, Checks, PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card
What to Wear
-Wear something casual and nice, or really anything you want! Unless it is a specific kind of photoshoot, feel free to wear whatever you are most comfortable in/ would like to be photographed in. If you are in a party of two or more people, coordinating styles/ colors is recommended.
 
I just ask that clothing items/props that include vulgar or violent depictions or language (weapons, violence, drugs, swearing etc.) are not brought or worn, because it goes against the style I like shooting.
Scheduling Conflicts
If something comes up that compromises your (the client) ability to meet at the set date or time (bad weather, emergency, etc.), please let me know at least 24 hours in advance of the planned date. We can work out a time to reschedule at no extra cost, or you may cancel altogether.
