The OSD A.W.A.R.E Meeting is set up as an opportunity for the school to share information and gather information. This meeting will follow a formal process and will have a specific procedure in how things are done.

Please fill out the information below to be added to our agenda. Keep in mind that there will be a time limit of 5 minutes to speak, and there may not be an immediate resolution to your issue at the time of the meeting. However, all items will be taken into consideration and discussed at a later date if necessary with the appropriate Leadership Team members. If you are unable to attend the meeting and still would like your item mentioned before the Leadership Team members, you can send a representative or one of our staff members will contact you and speak on your behalf.
