(FULL) Set Up : Join us bright and early for setting up the carnival. This takes two hours, and includes donuts and coffee!

(FULL) Check In Booth : This is the entrance booth. Volunteers will ask participants to sign waivers and explain how to participate.

(2 SHIFTS LEFT: 12-2PM ) Fun Zone : The name says it all! This is the area sectioned off for children who collected stamps from all the educational booths in the Activity Area. Volunteers in this zone will monitor the entrance, run the popcorn and/or cotton candy stands. At 1 pm, the Fun Zone will close and begin clean up.

( 2 SHIFTS LEFT 12-2 PM) Activity Area : Each educational topic has a booth with a fun activity for kids to learn, get stamps for the Fun Zone, and win prizes. Volunteers will be trained on a specific booth before the event day. Booth activity examples : Corn hole, spin the wheel, duck ring toss. At 1 pm, all booths close and begin clean up.
